How was LinkTIC and its digital solutions born?

LinkTIC was born with the conviction of transforming the lives of Colombians through technology. From day one, we understood that closing the digital divide is not just a technological challenge, but a social commitment.

LinkTIC: evidence of digital transformation in Colombia!

2005- 2008
2005 -2008

2005: the company is born with a clear objective: to bridge the digital divide in Colombia. It is legally incorporated as Link Marketing Visual.

2006: business lines are defined with a focus on technological solutions for education, tourism, and government.

2007: the team is consolidated with talent specialized in software development and technological consulting.

2008: the first office is inaugurated, and a key project is executed in Buenaventura alongside the agency DDB Worldwide.

2009 - 2012
2009 - 2012

2009: we executed several projects, including Página 90 puntos, the first e-commerce platform in Villavicencio.
We developed websites for institutions such as the Universidad Libre and led Sigue OnLine, which transformed educational management in public schools in Meta.
2010: with Urna de Cristal, Colombia was recognized by the UN as the sixth country with the highest online citizen participation. That same year, we renewed our corporate image.
2011: LinkTIC is officially born, reflecting our digital focus and commitment to the country’s technological transformation. We carried out projects for Hotel Tequendama, Fundación Santo Domingo, Medifarma, WeCost (USA), and the Hogar Digital program.
2012: we developed management and monitoring systems, highlighting the system for the National Games with Coldeportes.

2013 - 2017
2013 - 2017

2013: we paved the way in telemedicine with a project in Bolívar, bringing medical services to remote communities.

2014: we participated in the first Mi Átomo call by INNPULSA and provided digital support for the electoral witness process during the presidential campaign.

2015: we developed the first store system for Locomotora de Innovación and the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (Colciencias).

2016: we provided digital support for the historic Peace Plebiscite and continued projects with Confecámaras and 4-72. Additionally, we conducted a technological consultancy for Vecol in its good practices certification process.

2017: we began the internal systematization of the entire LinkTIC operation and signed our first contract with the Computadores para Educar program.

2021 - 2023
2021 - 2023

2021: we began the largest project in our history: the Unified Integrated Judicial Management System (SIUGJ) for the Judiciary.
We also obtained ISO 27001 certification in information security management.

2022: we developed the Electronic Document and Archive Management System (SGDEA) for the Aqueduct.
We provided services to the Attorney General’s Office in the development of requirements for its information systems.

2023: we implemented Hellion, a telemedicine system alongside the Hospital Universitario San José de Pereira, bringing healthcare to remote areas.
With Tu Negocio en Línea and MinTIC, we reached 82 municipalities, strengthening the digital skills of 5,000 entrepreneurs.
Additionally, we migrated and customized the Fiduprevisora platform, guaranteeing technical support and operational continuity.

2024 - 2025

2024: we entered the market for the first time with the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB), offering software development services.
We collaborated with the National Electoral Council (CNE), supporting the development and optimization of technological applications to strengthen digital security and democracy in the country.

2025: we celebrate 20 years of history! What began as a dream has become a mission: transforming lives through technology.
Today, with a social focus and an expert team, LinkTIC represents innovation, legacy, and commitment. A path that continues to inspire thousands.
